Most consider marketing a strategy for new clients. But let's back up and look at the foundation. First and foremost, it's about communicating effectively and engaging. Marketing that merely looks good but doesn't engage is not productive.Second, our attention can quickly focus on adding new clients, and we often forget about our best growth potential: our existing clients.

65% of clients who leave do so because of indifference. Basically, they feel that Advisors don't pay enough attention to them.

A strategy to combat indifference while attracting new clients is vital in today’s world.

Over the past few years, the need to communicate effectively with clients has never been more critical. Traditional face-to-face meetings are challenging, to say the least. A virtual strategy that can be automated but personalized is a must to consistently communicate with your firm's existing clients. 

New Clients
